I went in to get a lug nut key to change a flat tire on my Honda. The employee at AZ said I'd have to order from Honda bc parts stores can not sell them. I panicked, im a single mom and my husband died last year so im on my own and my car is my only way to work! I went to Magic Tire (Shout out to them they are the best ❤️ ) they said yes part stores do sell them not sure what Autozone was talking about. Went to Oreilly and they had it and helped me so much! Got the tool and changed my tire.
Helpful staff and knowledgeable
This company, as a whole, needs to STOP telling customer they do free diags. You read codes. That’s it. Codes are symptoms. You’re lying. Every other shop has to deal with those lies when the customer leaves your store. STOP IT!!
