Great service! When you compare, you know better or worse. Yesterday I went to a different autozone to recycle some used engine oil, 3 of 5 quarts was rejected because they were not in engine oil bottles (ridiculous! I used a large cooking oil bottle), and they need to record my name and my phone number, and they even need to open the 2 quarts bottles to smell to make sure it's engine oil. Every time I stop into the Gay Street AutoZone I’m always met with the absolute best customer service. In the crazy world we live in today it’s so refreshing to see. Ms. Rachel has helped me time and time again from batteries to wiper blades to the exhaust manifold gasket on my truck. Best autozone of all time. I was at a track meet and the bathroom line was insanely long and autozone was close, we sprinted there to try to use the bathroom and the amazing kind hearted employees said yes with no questions asked. They saved us time and had an amazing bathroom. This was a 10/10 experience if your in west Chester you need to pull up to autozone even if you don’t need anything you have to go. I love you autozone in west Chester
