I visited the Denton, MD location on my way home from work because I had a lightbulb out. The woman that helped me, who I believe is a manager, was so sweet and since it was my first time with this issue, she taught me which lightbulb was the correct type and then proceeded to teach me step by step how to change my lightbulb. I left with a brand new installed light bulb and I am so pleased with the service I received.

During a recent trip to Denton, Maryland, I stopped by the local AutoZone for vehicle assistance. i went in a few days ago for just a new gas cap and they helped me out right away. i don’t think i got the name of the worker who helped me but i appreciated it very much, he made sure the product worked on my car first before he even charged me.

I love the new Manger (I think her name I Nicole). We were having a hard time trying to figure out what I needed, but she did not give up and get frustrated. We eventually figured it out and now my car is fixed. I am not used to going into a retail environment and encounter an employee who genuinely likes there job. Autozone definitely had a regular customer now because of the new manager Nicole. Good Hire guys!!!
