child behind counter gives wrong radiator... admits it's his fault but was rude n will not exchange it for 2weeks!! why ask if it's blue or red with 4 doors and ashtray bearings if your only handing out fuzzy dice!! completely incompetent and ignorant. one day job turns into a senior citizen not having a car for weeks!
RecommendedSpecial thanks to Dave for his outstanding customer care. He guided me to a new remote less key entry for my Chevy Cobalt. He gave me the options of testing the old one at the tester. Then guided me to the remote for my vehicle. The one piece got stuck in my car, and he took the time to walk me through the steps. I appreciate an employee who goes above and beyond for the customer. The Keyless entry works great! Thanks Dave and Auto Zone for having excellent staff to help the customer.
