Very friendly and nice employees, I went to counter order a part and I was out in no time. Professional staff.
Brian was the absolute best, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was having issues with my battery, and he was able to run the diagnostic test, help me find a new battery best suited to me, and happily install it for me within 30 minutes. Very conversational, willing to share his information, and down to Earth. The best employee you could ask for when you're going through a stressful time. Brian is keeping yall strong and deserves some real recognition.
Forrest and Chad went way out of their way to help out. Very knowledgeable professionals!! This will be our new regular auto parts store!
Highly recommend this location ! Michael cooper is absolutely AMAZING ! He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed for my car and explained everything very throughly ! I can’t say enough good things about Chris at AutoZone. My car battery died in the parking lot, and I had my 7-month-old baby with me. Chris came out to my car and replaced the battery for me right there. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient, and his willingness to come outside and take care of everything made what could have been a really stressful afternoon so much easier.
