Good thanks for the update
The manager in this store needs to be fired I have experienced rudeness from him and I have also seen him get really rude with other customers so when I go there next time and I see him I’m not only not going to buy from Auto Zone I’m going to go inside the store and ask for everyone’s attention and express the truth about him so he needs to be be replaced
Great customer service.
My car wouldn't start in front of the dollar tree in West Union and after having no luck trying to find someone to jump my car off i decided to walk to Auto Zone and check on prices for jump boxes. I spoke with an employee named BJ. Him and another worker (i didn't see his name on his name tag) tried on separate occasions to get my vehicle to start.
