Service is absolutely terrible do not recommend. Went in there for a part. With said part that broke they gave me the wrong one 2 times. They’re nothing without their computers. Don’t waste your time. Go to Smyths or Napa. Absolutely ridiculous.
Had battery tested and employee hooked up cables backwards causing several hundred dollars in repairs. Autozone is taking responsibility and reimbursing, however, the length of time to recoup funds is unreasonable.
Thank you so much to the wonderful men that helped me get my car running last night. Not only did they install my new battery but they went out of their way in helping me after my hood release broke in their parking lot. I can’t thank them enough for making sure I could get to work in the morning!
