Our queen, Summer!!! We were here from out of town and our car wouldn’t start. Summer came out to help us figure out the issue, pick out a new battery and install it for us. Not to mention it’s one of the hottest days of the year. Thank you for everything!!
Great job installing a battery. O'REILLY refused to install said it was a difficult installation. Auto Zone said no problem. Had the battery installed professionally in a few minutes. Go to Auto Zone first!
A family member of mine went to this store since it was the nearest where they had a flat tire. This family member ONLY speaks Spanish and was glad to see that a lady working there (Luz) had a tag on saying she spoke Spanish. Well, she was not friendly, did not want to answer questions & when asked to help look for a certain item, she was rolling her eyes and making sounds with her mouth as if she was bothered.
