My sister visited this location earlier today and was disrespected by a staff member named Jim. He treated her like she was an idiot asking if she was at the right auto part store because the logos for “autozone” and “advanced auto parts” look the same. On top of this, he was unwilling to help her during store hours and suggested she try coming back another time. The worst experience I ever had! I work nights and on the way home I had an issue with my car window switch. Stopped by my local store to get help. I arrived 15 minutes before opening on 12/30/2018 and after waiting till exactly 9 am on the dot they finally openned the doors. After walking in I was the first customer but I was not helped because someone else walked in the same time that new the staff! I was told to wait.
