Aug 1st (Friday), These guys helped me out while an engine check light came on hundreds of miles away from home. Codes were pulled, part was supplied and I was back on the road within one hour! The Toyota dealership estimated an appointment would open up on Tuesday! The customer service here is excellent!!!
Jon is a jerk. Very rude and unprofessional as he thinks that I didn’t know what part I needed. If I go into a store and ask for a part, I don’t need the exasperated responses, just give me the part I am asking and paying for. That girl needs a customer service refresher course.

The staff and management keep changing up, and over the last couple of months I have been overcharged 3 different times and now they won’t refund my core for a battery, claiming there’s a 3 month window for doing so (I bought the new battery six months ago and they charged for the core then and said being the old one back at anytime). I cannot find that this an actual written policy anywhere. It should also be noted that they would not refund me the difference of the overcharge for items even when they forced me to show them... read more
