I've ben trying to get a simple relay for my jeep and they messed up 3 times wasting 1 week of my life because of there incompetence. The 3 time I even should them on there website what I needed and they still don't get it right.!!!!!!!!!
Been shopping with AutoZone since they came on the scene, I will now never step foot in one again as I do not have too. The clerks attitude was as bad as his appearance and was probably the owner of the junky looking Harley with the terrible white walls blocking the side walk out front. Please get your employees new uniforms as maybe that will boost there self esteem and ultimately improve there attitudes. This is my go to store for anything related to my car. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Angel in particular was a huge help.
Horrible customer service I called to order a ECM. They gave me an arrival date two weeks out and told me I need to pay before the part comes in as I need to pay immediately. I did just that and then I call and to find out what the part be already programmed to my car of course the first employee doesn’t know he tells me he’s gonna call me back and never calls so then I called them back.
