The staff and management keep changing up, and over the last couple of months I have been overcharged 3 different times and now they won’t refund my core for a battery, claiming there’s a 3 month window for doing so (I bought the new battery six months ago and they charged for the core then and said being the old one back at anytime). I cannot find that this an actual written policy anywhere.
