Bought a starter, with a $15.00 core charge. The old starter was taken back. My card was not credited. Went in Friday to ask for my money, Roy the manager needed to research it. Saturday still researching. Finally today, Sunday was told, sure enough you brought it back, but I can't find any transaction of the refund, so we must have paid it in cash. Good thing O'Reilly has opened. Got a master cylinder from next door, core fee returned on my card the next day.
