Robert - Store Manager was amazing. When I had a battery issue. He was very straightforward about the battery and cost. Not only did he ring out my purchase, but he installed my new battery. He was amazing and kept apologizing for the delay. Over the top customer service for Robert. Thank you guys for everything you do at Autozone

Was treated like I did something wrong by asking for them to honor the pricing that was advertised. I assume he was the manager and therefore I will never be back to this store. Saw an advertisement on their shelf for royal purple oil and a filter for a good price. Went to pay at self check out. When it rang up for double the price advertised I asked an employee for help. He got one manager and we went to look at the advertisement. They tore it off the shelf when they saw it and told me they would honor the price. After gett... read more
