I have been waiting since December of 2023 for the Auto Zone in Ardmore Tennessee to pay for the paint damage they did changing my battery and they have already agreed to pay for! I’ve visited the store over 20 times and have been told over and over again by management that the check is stuck in upper management and no one in upper management answers the phone now. Me and my friend came in there and John was so sweet and helped us in anyways he could !!!!He needs a raise !!!!
If you got serious help you need for your vehicles this store in ardmore for autozone are John Stevenson and benjermine these two will go above and behind to help you all they can. They are very straight forward of diagnosis if you need help locating the part on vehicle they will go above and beyond to show you how and where to locate the problem. These two guys are my go to guys when I have a brain fart or past my pay grade especially when comes to electronical problem
I have been in several times over the years for various things and John is always super helpful. Guy goes above and beyond every time to make sure and take care of people. If you have an issue with your car go talk to John, he’ll take care of you.
