I have been waiting since December of 2023 for the Auto Zone in Ardmore Tennessee to pay for the paint damage they did changing my battery and they have already agreed to pay for! I’ve visited the store over 20 times and have been told over and over again by management that the check is stuck in upper management and no one in upper management answers the phone now. The repair is only @1,300.00 and I can’t believe they are balking at taking care of their mistake. The local guys are very nice and apologetic. Need their manager... read more
