I lost a windshield wiper while I was driving on the interstate during a terrible rain storm. I pulled into the Ardmore Auto Zone in a panic and Jerod was so helpful! He helped me find the right size wiper for my car, then showed me what brands they had in store and recommended me a couple of options. I didn’t even have to ask him to help me install it; he led me outside and attached it without question! He was so calm and collected and knowledgeable. It was a great experience!!!

During a long family road trip from Ohio to Destin, Florida, we experienced every traveler’s nightmare about halfway through our journey.
