Usually you'd just hit whatever parts store is closest, but I think I'll be loyal now. I messed up and accidentally threw away parts that would help fit my rear wiper to my SUV. When I came in, I felt like they had been waiting for me all day. They took care of me in less than 10 minutes, fixing my issue at no extra charge. High five to that team.
Just like before I went into the store but this time to get wipers for my wife's car and Steve was working and I told him what I was there for, after he welcomed me. He looked up the wipers and got the correct ones while helping another customer at the same time and then took the time to install wipers on my wife's car all the way around, even the back wiper which he said was difficult to get on right and then thanked me for coming back to AutoZone for my vehicle parts.
