RecommendedWent in 12-15-18 pouring down rain after I found my wipers on my 2014 QX60 were cracked. The clerk was super about checking me out and didn't complain when I asked if he could install them. Really nice customer service. Talk about customer care!!!!!

The worst place I've ever shopped at!!! Will NEVER shop at the store again!!!! Go a mile down the street to advance auto zone WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL people!!!
paid for merchandise online for instore pick up. Not all items in stock even though it verified them as being in stock before I checked out of the shopping cart. After debate they offered to substitute higher priced parts for the lower priced ones. Problem solved until I arrive to pick up the order. They were trying to deliver mismatched parts. Emailed and phone in complaints and apparently apathy runs deep in the company roots along with deciet.
4 times now they have given me the wrong part!!! This is not 4 seperate parts....its FOUR freaking times of giving me the wrong caliper!!! Can't get a straight answer out of anyone there. None of them care about their job or know the first thing about auto parts. Total incompetence!!!!!
