So to start i had my vehicle taken apart in garage. They normally don't deliver to our business as short staff for delivery and we are kinda far from the store. I called they had the part that other parts stores got wrong and luckily thankfully for the commercial side employee Nathan had just clocked out before I called. He was super great that he got the part that I needed personally and he personally drove it out to me on his own time, and in his personal vehicle!! This pmace Has no respect for the client's time call den ordered to parts this morning.I have sat in there yard for 20 minutes.Waiting for them to find those parts.I was told they would be here at 2 o'clock.It's now quarter of seven , and they haven't shown

I stopped in to the Augusta store for a car battery and was helped by Nathaniel B. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got the battery I needed and he installed it with ease. Thanks!

I suggest that someone takes a good hard look at the dm Colleen for her mistreatment of employees and customers. Until then I will not take my business to another autozone
