This pmace Has no respect for the client's time call den ordered to parts this morning.I have sat in there yard for 20 minutes.Waiting for them to find those parts.I was told they would be here at 2 o'clock.It's now quarter of seven , and they haven't shown
I stopped in to the Augusta store for a car battery and was helped by Nathaniel B. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got the battery I needed and he installed it with ease. Thanks!
I suggest that someone takes a good hard look at the dm Colleen for her mistreatment of employees and customers. Until then I will not take my business to another autozone
I went to this store location today and the employee informed me that the system was down and I would have to pay cash… not an issue. When I went to checkout the same employee informed me that they would be unable to give change back and they would have to round up the price. I have never heard of a company rounding prices UP because of an issue they are having with their system!! If that’s not already bad enough if you are unable to provide your customers change then maybe close down until you get it figured out!! And this ... read more
