I go in to swap a part out that I bought and it didn't work on my car and one manager says yeah I'll have to order you a new one it will be here tomorrow so I leave and come back the next day to swap it out and the manager there says he is not going to give it to me but can tell me if my part is broken or not so it's fault somehow because you don't believe me that my part isn't working but you also can't test it with you machine
I went there to get windshield wipers replaced because of the storm. I needed windshield de-icer and I started to buy one and the guy said well if you buy two they're $10 but if you buy one they're eight bucks so he saved me some money so I bought two. So then they went out and put my windshield wipers on for me while it was freezing cold outside. The store manager, Corey, came out in in 0 degree weather for over an hour. He diagnosed the problem, installed the parts, and tested his work. I am a retired CEO and company owner and have never seen such customer service. Please let me know how best to tell more people! Tim Tapp
