Michael is my hero! My car died in the Napa Auto Parts parking lot. Napa would not help me replace my battery, I didn’t know what to do. I went over to AutoZone. Michael walked over and jumped my car, sold me a new battery, and replaced it for me. This was a great experience. Thank you so much Michael!
