Just had the worst experience, I asked for a lug nut, simple right? Well the older gentlemen that was behind the Counter told me to check the shelf, after explaining to him I already went there and the hooks were empty, he proceeded to ask me the make and model of the car etc. but then told me there were 6 different types of lug for that model and if I needed more help I would have to bring in a lug.
