I dont have a problem with the workers they are trained to do what they gotta do but needing all of my info just to return an item when I have the receipt is ludacris.
Eh. Its an Autozone. Usually ok. Few wrong orders, few bad parts.
AutoZone absolutely drop the ball. I’m a Commercial customer and had ordered parts to be picked up on April 3rd I came into the location swiped my card, transaction failed two times but the funds were taken out of my account($1302). It has been 24 days with no resolution To this issue. I’m just glad the funds aren’t a necessity for me to pay my bills. Stopped in today with random girl questions on my car. The young man (he was a bigger guy with a beard.) Nate was his name i think; was extremely polite and helpful. He was/ is actually very knowledgeable about cars and parts. I was very impressed with the way he represented not only himself but the company too. Such a great personality to have for your company!
