Two employees working tonight. Instead on one being inside and the other replacing a lightbulb. Both workers are outside. While 4 customers stand inside almost 20 minutes waiting to checkout. It took me going outside and asking is someone could ring us up. Pathetic.

I had a battery that died mid morning on me and the acid had fused the bolts onto the terminals. Ryan was amazing he took his time and replaced the terminal that needed replaced and got me up and running within an hour!

I arrive just as they were locking up for the night and they waited for me. I got the right bulb for my headlight and now my early morning trip to the airport will be much easier. Thank you so much.
It's never a simple trip to get parts from this store! It takes at least 2 to 3 TRIPS TO THE STORE before someone is smart enough to give you the CORRECT part!! Is it really that hard to match numbers?
These guys are wonderful! Went above and beyond to help me with a problem on my van.
I had the absolute best experience EVER here at AutoZone! The store manager, Marc, helped me out when I was really in a bind today, going FAR above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even installed the part himself. I cannot thank him enough. Who knew buying car parts could make your day!?!
