there's 1 guy in that store hes always a grumpy guy an I asked him for a simple light bulb gave him the vehicle info he never entered it an went got a bulb was like this will have to do belong story short I went to install it it didn't fit wat a surprise so I had to make another trip an def go back there. napa is jz the ultimate og for me

I've always had great customer service here.
I had a return issue which honestly never happens…but when I brought it to their attention the crew jumped in right away! Dave and Justin did an amazing job finding the issue and took care of it so swiftly. Rick kept the store running smoothly while the other gentleman assisted me. The Wooster team is always the best!! Great job guys!
