I guess when your a manager here you're not obligated to help customers. Standing in line for 15 minutes while one person mans the phones and walk in customers while 2 Grey shirts and another red shirt stand behind the counter laughing while customers stand around forever.
Went in to get my battery changed. The two employees that helped me change my battery we're very nice! The battery was being stubborn and did not want to come out easily but they were patient got it out. They even stayed with me when I started it up to make sure there were no error codes.
This is the second time we have had bad experience. We called ahead asking if they had headlight and blinker bulbs so we can replace and they said yes and they can install it. We show up and the guy was rolling his eyes and being rude. Also said he can’t install them either.
Don’t go here ! Drive the extra miles to another place.
