water pump failed on day 5 pressed on hub for fan came unpressed .... damage 2 radiator. transmission lines and hoses! they will gladly replace the pump?? I'm unimpressed what about the other damage caused by your junk waterpump
RecommendedThis is the best day ever. Lol. I went to buy high beam bulb. Guy says u want me to put that in. I said what. Really lol. I said yes please. I also have a low beam bulb in my car lmao. So turns out somehow High beam just got disconnected so he returned that money. Then the low beam connecter was act broken. So he replaced it and put bulb in and now they both work. Woo hoo. It's like I won the lottery. Lmao I love auto zone
hire someone who can order the correct parts the first time also hire workers that want to work and not just collect a paycheck this place is a total joke will not ever do business there again .
tried calling them for the past day and their phone is busy, after giving me the wrong part 3 times, finally get a part number and now I can't even order and it because I can't get ahold of them (since their phone is at a constant busy tone) and my truck is tore apart for the past 3 days because of a $7.00 seal
Big thanks to Tony at the Meadville Auto Zone. I came in at 9:00 p.m. last night with a burned out headlight. It was closing time, but Tony offered to stay late and install it for me. It wasn't an easy one to replace either. I could not be more impressed or grateful for his kindness and willingness to go way above the call of duty. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for such a great representative for Auto Zone!

Great customer service! Heading out to New York City. Our van started running rough, and the check engine light came on. Autozone determined it was my throttle control sensor. They loaned me some tools, $25, and a half hour later the van was running great. The rest of our trip, went well, no car trouble.
