Everytime i go there they have 5 ppl working but only one person actually helping ppl the other 4 are walking around or sitting in the back office. Even when they see you stand there for 10 mins they still dont help only person that is good is an older man dont know his name.. i think hes a manager real nice guy..
I took my battery and my alternator to battery to be charged alternator to be checked neither of their machines we're working 2 days later my grandson picked up the battery but the alternator was gone they lost my alternator and they don’t wanna do anything about it

They go out of there way to take of the customer, they even go above and beyond what they are suppose to do for you.
You'll have got a really bad problem with customer service. My husband was there yesterday he was standing in line to be waited on, a man walk in the door an someone behind counter said can I help you to the man who just came in the door. My husband said I've been standing here 20 minutes. We will NEVER do business with youll again. Iam writing the company a letter and Iam going to go around town to get people to sign it. This place is just as crappy as they can be. Your customer service is less than 0. My son just came in there to buy parts for his truck and your quote service helpers. Ha treated him like he was a child. . I WILL NEVER buy NOTHING from you again. And you best be glad I wasn't with him. My HUSBAND looked the part up because they said for HIM my son to just tell them what he needed... YOU FLIPPING IDIOTS.
