I live out of town, and was driving through the area and I called the store to check for a certain product. I've never been to an AutoZone so I wasn't exactly sure what is carried there. I spoke to a woman, asked my questions, and she could not have been more rude. She spoke to me as if I was stupid. I ended up going elsewhere, as I don't want to be treated like that. People have bad days, yet that felt very unnecessary.
THE SERVICE SUCKED. first of all when I was about to check out the dude who is getting me, gave mega attitude, and sas to his coworker Then you know, I realize the mood was down so I joking in the ass, so it’s a blinker fluid and boom dude started cussing me out. Call me a bunch of bad words slurs. 0/10
Let me start by saying, I am the furthest thing from a mechanic. When my truck was having trouble I came in and Tallie was there to help. She was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable, not just about their products, but also vehicle maintenance in general. She also didn't try to upsell me on fancy junk. She did a code read, which wound up not revealing the problem, because the check engine light had already turned off.
