I needed some help with my car battery. So, I stopped in. Walked in the store to find it clean and organized. (Sadly, not many other auto parts places are.) Jon greeted me right away and asked how he could help. I told him about the battery and he helped get it tested. Thankfully, it was fine. He mentioned the issue could be the starter, too. I don't know very much about cars. So, I really appreciate Jon's friendliness and knowledge. Thanks!
Excellent service from the sales staff, in particular Jon Harrer who provided me with the exact battery I needed for the vehicle I was purchasing it for.
Came in for new wipers, the new ones we bought we confusing to try to attach. The store manager was nice enough to come outside to help. We were unable to attach them so he exchanged the wiper blades for a new brand, they worked perfectly! Thank you so much for your assistance and patience!
Jon was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the right part for my P.O.S. car. He even explained how I needed to fix it. Now my car is still a P.O.S. But it will last at least another year. True life saver.
