This is the spot I go to to get my parts the team they have there are amazing. They are always nice to me and help me to get any and everything I need for my vehicles. I have never had an adverse encounter here and I'll continue to go there cause they treat me like family!
I would give a negative 5 if I could. How can they hire people that don't know anything about vehicles or parts . I asked for a simple part and he didn't know what I was talking about.
staff does not pay attention to the customer.... seems like the millennials are lost in there own little world hope they aint getting 15 an hour go to Napa much better service..... Update went in today 06/08/26 asked the clerk if I had points he blantly said no . UPDATE.......Got home checked account had 20 on my rewards getting worse not better
The staff here is terrible and amazing customer service is given in a small town where you don't have options. They saved me fixing my power steering fluid after I realized I was in trouble and driving from Orlando to Crescent City in the bad weather was challenging. When I pulled into the disabiky parking space an employee helping another customer told me I could stay in my car and he would do it next.
