RecommendedLast night I needed to buy a new battery for my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I called the store to make sure you had one in stock and initially talked to Heidi. My son paid for it online from Georgia, and I drove to Imlay City to pick it up. I had no idea how complex it was to change since it's probably been over ten years since I've bought a battery!! I bought a reman power steering pump for my f250, installed it and was bad. Had a mechanic install the 2nd one and same thing. A sales associate named Joanie, helped me after this get a brand new one that had to be made special order for me, she had to go through multiple different people to get answers to make sure I could get it asap and definitely took great care of me in the issue. I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Joanie at imlay city, MI Autozone. Now that’s great customer service!

We have a commercial account here and the store manager James was a complete asshole. He didn't believe me that we had a commercial account and cussed and then called me a douchebag while on the phone with another person. Hes very easy to spot, just walk in and look for the short fat mid 30s year old that thinks hes a bad ass. Hes lucky he wasn't dragged out of the store. Everyone else seems alright.
This Autozone store specifically I want to point out is excellent..and should you ever find you are need of parts for your cars you should definitely take your business there.....Not only were they open an hour later than their competitors...(and even later than another one of their locations nearby me)...their employees went above and beyond assisting us with getting the needed parts for my minivan...then even helped us to be able to get a deal and save a bit of money also.....
