Definitely rude employees here. Im not one to really make complaints or issues. But this was bad. Trying to work on a vehicle that broke down, called the store with the name and model of my car. It could have 2 different parts that could go to it. I figured out which it may be. Called back. Can easily tell that the person I spoke with had a very condescending tone in their voice and felt I was being judged for incompetence or something.
