I don’t appreciate being treated like I am garbage by the store manager and other staff members very unprofessional customers shouldn’t be treated so poorly and very very poor customer service was standing there for a good solid 10 minutes while staff walked by me and for now on I’ll take my business elsewhere

Good car wash, safe Neighborhood, problem being that their prices have gone Crazy since covid, and the people who usher you into the car wash do everything they can do to avoid eye contact, and make me feel like they don't want me there. Borrowed a friend's car and wanted to wash it as a gesture of thank you to him, Asked the usher how Much, he said which do you want the $20 dollar one or the $24 Dollar one. So if I have to pay $80 or $100 a month, thank you but I'll do it at home. Hoffman is out of control.

I was in there tonight at 7:05 PM Hudson, NY location. Never Again. I'm was the only customer. Looking to grab an oil filter and possibly a couple batteries. Asked him to validate a filter I grabbed off the shelf to ensure it was correct one. He did so on the computer with a puss on his face. I asked him to check another version of a filter after he just left that screen. Big sigh and roll of the eyes. I say, something wrong here?
