I've been going to AutoZone for years, but my experience last week is my last I'll be going. The person I dealt with was rude and lazy. I asked for a simple item and they refused to even look in the system. Told me to look it up on Google. If you want better service in Fenton go to O'Reilly's.
Precious and the team at Auto Zone was extremely helpful in providing warranty support on my alternator. They went above and beyond to explain the process to me, provide support and also provide genuine care for my family. Wonderful business!
Ryan sold me this filter it had messed up threads and it made oil spill all over me and my garage. The AutoZone refused to compensate me for my oil only gave me a refund. Don’t go to the AutoZone zone. Absolute nightmare says extended life on it, nearly blew my car up and wasted my money if I didn’t have an extra container of oil, I would have had to Uber to another auto store for oil.
