I went to this AutoZone today to have my mom's battery tested and she ended up needing a new battery. From the moment we walked into the store, Daniel, made himself available and was sincerely the most helpful customer service person I have encountered in a very long time!! He stood outside and helped me remove the old battery and put in the new one, all in 92° heat!!
