My 1971 Ford broke down right outside AutoZone, so I went in and asked if they could give me an jump. and after the shop jump pack wouldn’t get it started, Tom didn’t hesitate to help. He pulled his own truck around and got me going right away. It’s rare to find someone willing to go the extra mile like that. Outstanding customer service and a genuinely good guy. Thank you, Tom!

COLE IS THE SWEETEST MOST kind and selfless person ever. I went to advanced bought a battery bc they said theyd put it in for me. Get there he said sorry nothing i can do ( i dont have tools or the skills to be doing all that by myself) i wasnt allowed to turn my car off bc i had to get jumped by roadside this morning its been such a horrible day i called autozone and said will u if i pay you put this in for me cole said im about to go on my break ill do it for you for free.
