Great customer service! Juan was a big life saver and helped us out by showing us how to put freeon in our car.
I had a rock shatter my sunroof glass and needed help finding something to temporarily cover it. It was raining heavily that day, and I didn’t want water getting inside my car or putting additional stress on the damaged glass. Juan S. In Raymondville, Texas was most helpful with my bumper. I had been traveling for over five hours and the bumper was flopping loose. He helped me secure it until I could get it fixed properly. I purchased a new battery at O’reilly’s not even a year ago yet I was having issue with my vehicle starting. O’reilly’s tested my battery and said it’s marking fine it’s probably my alternator. I continued having persistent issues till I went to my local mechanic and he recommended to get testing done at auto zone.
