I purchased a new battery at O’reilly’s not even a year ago yet I was having issue with my vehicle starting. O’reilly’s tested my battery and said it’s marking fine it’s probably my alternator. I continued having persistent issues till I went to my local mechanic and he recommended to get testing done at auto zone. Juan Sandoval does an amazing job
Mr. Lupe went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with the air conditioning in my car. It was extremely hot outside, yet he remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully explain things and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. His willingness to help and his calm, respectful attitude truly stood out. People like Mr. Lupe make a stressful situation much easier. I am very grateful for his help and highly recommend him.
