Had to make three trips to this store for ond windshield wiper. The first wiper they sold me broke within a week, and the second wiper they sold me (after I had to exchange the first one) was the wrong size. The first return was easily done without a receipt because I had the credit card that was used to pay for it. The third time I had to go back to finally return the wiper that was the wrong size, they told me it was impossible to return an item without the receipt, despite them doing the same thing for me a week prior. Thanks to the manager for installing my new wipers. I never knew how to replace them. He came out and put them on no fuss no muss. Also the nice cashier who looked up what I needed and went and got them for me. Felt so good to get them working right. Thank you so much

I bought wiper blades for my car at the Latham AutoZone. I didn’t ask for any install help cause I figured I could do it on my own. However, three YouTube videos later and 25 minutes trying to figure out why the rear wiper blade won’t attach to the insert that the very poorly written directions indicate are sided to attach, I gave up and drove to the AutoZone down the street for me.
