Just have to say, I'm 60 years old and I don't write reviews. But I was a witness (along with several people and employees) to the incident in the review below mine. The woman behind the counter stayed calm and handled the situation very well. Which is why I came here to write something, I actually wanted to commend her for keeping her cool in that situation. I went to autozone about 3 weeks ago and bought front and back brakes using a commercial discount. They gave me the wrong back ones which i returned that day and then they sent me to the autozone on Central ave to pick up the back brakes. I then totaled my car before I was able to change the brakes. I went back today to return and get a refund and the lady that helped us (Krista) at commercial was rude and meanly toned tried telling me you can’t return using a commercial discount.
