RecommendedA wonderful guy named Frank helped me today when i went i to the Latham NY store to buy a battery...he even installed it for me...he was genuinely nice and it showed that he took pride in his appearance and work. He should be put on the fast track to management for sure! He is a asset to any company!

entered your store yesterday. sales people were not inviting. looked like they just finished having a really in the back of the store or something. I asked to purchase a car battery was not helped I ask if they would install I was told no. terrible sales team.
One of the few places that give quality customer service. You are greeted at the door, immediately helped with your project and if you want to be left alone, you are left to browse till your hearts content. Come in and ask for Scott to hear about local deals and discounts!
