Nelson did an amazing job replacing our battery today. Im so sorry it was hot outside. He thoroughly cleaned the connectors that got a build up from our leaking battery and made sure to prevent future corrosion. He explained everything he was doing and gave us advices. Best customer service EVER!

I pulled up to the store on Lancaster pike at 9:50pm with time to spare before their official 10:00 PM closing time. The doors were already locked, and the staff was inside ignoring customers. I specifically rushed here because my car needed oil and seeing the lights on but the doors locked when the website says they are open is incredibly frustrating. If you post store hours, you should honor them. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
