I pulled up to the store on Lancaster pike at 9:50pm with time to spare before their official 10:00 PM closing time. The doors were already locked, and the staff was inside ignoring customers. I specifically rushed here because my car needed oil and seeing the lights on but the doors locked when the website says they are open is incredibly frustrating. If you post store hours, you should honor them. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Sometimes with chain stores you worry about not getting good customer service… I was lucky enough to work with Angel today to replace the battery in my car at Autozone. When he experienced issues with the replacement, he went above and beyond to make sure I had the parts I needed and he did an excellent job. Angel was kind and understanding and I would highly recommend!
