Sometimes with chain stores you worry about not getting good customer service… I was lucky enough to work with Angel today to replace the battery in my car at Autozone. When he experienced issues with the replacement, he went above and beyond to make sure I had the parts I needed and he did an excellent job. Angel was kind and understanding and I would highly recommend!
Daniel was very fast and helpful. He switched our battery for us quickly and made the whole process easy. Really appreciate the great service thank you!

I showed up at this store today after being unable to start my car and getting a jump. The store was empty and there was only one associate there at the time, Tito. He helped me as soon as he was off the phone and let me know he could test my battery as soon as another associate arrived to be able to keep an eye on the store. This is the worst autozone in the entire world. Battery died, got it jumped and was instructed it will not start again via AAA. Called Autozone, and they said yeah bring it down, we'll take care of you. Battery was manufactured in 2024. Their last record was of me buying a battery there was in 2022. Fine, I dont have the paperwork, I'll eat the money for a new battery even though there is a barcode and they refused to scan it for warranty. Ok, great.
