Robin the customer service gal is rude. I have never been treated so rudely. Left me in mid transaction of service to go smoke with another customer. Even from the greeting I felt like I was in the wrong just for entering the building. The other gentle man who finished with me was polite and helpful. Will not do business with her again. Only gave 3 stars because the gentleman was kind and helpful
