Cris helped me get the right part within three minutes, and Phil Installed it in another three tops. Absolutely fantastic experience, I even made it to dinner with my wife on time!
Didn't want to loan me a tool for 5 min. The guy didn't even know that a 13mm is equivalent to 1/2"! Shouldn't be working in an auto parts place, too ignorant to be helpful
Stopped in to get a scan for the check engine light on a car we considered purchasing. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable about our issue and able to tell us a possible diagnosis before the scanner even gave him a code. And he was right! Saved us a ton of money on not purchasing a car with a possible big issue. He was polite and I could tell him genuinely cared about us a customer. Thanks again!
Cecil was fantastic very helpful and professional!
