We broke down about 2 miles from all the auto parts stores in Canby, Oregon. Our alternator belt broke. I called all the parts stores (which was 4 of them) they all had the part I needed. But when I asked if they would deliver it. (Only 2 miles away) They all said no. Except for Auto Zone. They took my payment over the phone for the part. Then said they would deliver it with no problem at all. Now that's customer service right there.
