I am very disappointed. I called, they answered, kept me on the line for 30 minutes, and then disconnected the call. If they don't want to provide service or make sales, they should just shut down their telephone customer service.

We call to ask about warranty on parts and get left on hold for over 30 minutes i called twice the second time was 15 minutes, the sorriest thing about it is that they dont even say can i place you on hold they just pick and place you on hold and never answer, i understand its a busy store but customers on the phone have priority also SHAMEFUL ON AUTO ZONE.
