⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Above-and-beyond customer service I had a really great experience at this AutoZone today. The part I needed showed as in stock online, but when I arrived (by Uber, since my car isn’t running), they realized it wasn’t physically at the store. Without being asked, one of the employees went to a nearby AutoZone to pick the part up for me so I wouldn’t be stuck or have to make another trip. I’ve had repeated issues at this location, but my most recent visit was the final straw. I tried to exchange under warranty brake pads/rotors, and the staff (Dom and Alex) were incredibly unhelpful. They tried to claim a new policy prevented the exchange because I didn't have the boxes, even though I bought the parts before the policy existed.
