This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this AutoZone. I came in to pick up an online order, which should have been quick, but the staff were rude, cold, and unprofessional. I understand people can have bad days, but I was polite and still felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. It seemed like they didn’t want to help or even acknowledge me.
