Came in with brakes to exchange and The Store Manager Mr.Anthony Z would not exchange my brakes this store sucks and I will be in contact with cooperation now my rotors are messed up!!
Came if after my daughter came in earlier and received no help. I came in for brass hex nuts. The kid working took me to the ratchet fittings. Two older men working offered no help and talked amongst themselves and then disappeared as three customers were needing help. I stood in line ready to check out and walked out because no one offered to ring up my items. This place is a joke and obviously isn’t helpful to its women customers. Shame on you!
Disappointed, will not help replacing a battery... Had to go to the competition @ advanced auto who did replace the battery with no problems...
What was a large headache turned out to be a blessing in disguise! My battery randomly died yesterday and I was just within a few minutes of this location. I stopped in, totally unannounced and I was blown away with the service I received. Jason was extremely helpful and informative on locating the battery on my car because it is in a very odd and specific location. He told me a technician named, Rick would be out to help me shortly.
