I want to give a huge shout out to Alexandro for assisting my friend and I. The night before my co-worker had an emergency on the jobsite which ran into OT. When she returned to her car after working a 13 hour shift, her car battery was dead. The following day after work we visited Autozone, Alexandro and his team were very polite, informative and inviting. The crew assisted us without hesitation. Alexandro is very knowledgeable and engages well with customers. We truly appreciated our experience at the Oakdale location.
Me and my wife had issues with our floor mats this young gentlemen by the name of Jericho helped us find mats quick. I didn’t know which ones would fit in my car but he sure did. He has a positive attitude and a great smile. I really appreciate the work he put into helping us out. I got my mats and had time to go to work! Thank you Jericho!!!!
Giving this auto zone 5 stars. No other place 5 stars let me tell you why, I took a trip to Oregon. My windshield wipers broke, came back home to get them replaced. Went to the auto zone on McHenry they didn’t help me at all. honestly worst experience at an autozone. 4 workers just chilling in the front. asked for help to find something & the just pointed where it could be. couldn’t even take the time of day to walk me to the location of where it was. they pointed to the wrong direction too. after i had to walk to the front to ask where the tool was. they laughed and joked about it. walked me to it & left without helping. honestly store manager has to check these kids about proper help.
