I went here to get my battery changed, and Stacey, the store manager, was such a pleasure to work with! She helped change my battery and went above and beyond to make sure it was good before I drove off. I really appreciated her personality and the time she took to help me out!
went in there, there was new person didnt know anything about, and other guy told him to help him, but he dont know nothing, instead of helping these guys just siting there instead of help new hire and customer

Our family has always favored AutoZone a bit more than the main competitor company but after today's experience with Bruce in Cross Roads, we are even more loyal to AZ. My daughter came in for help with a battery check on her 1st car after having to jump start it. We realized the battery was the original from manufacturer and rather than assume the TX heat wore it down, it was likely time to replace it.
