If I could give 0 stars believe me I would. Jarrett made sure with his huge ego to make sure he belittled, chastised, speak and handle my wife like trash off the street. I called in myself asking for a manager extremely nice and pleasant and his ego again shined bright. horrible customer service...never acknowledged i was even in the store !!
Scoffed at me for asking if they would walk 1 minute to where my car died (same parking lot, different store). Further went on to say even if they would they are “short handed” and suggested that I do it myself. Car jumped and chanced it going further just to avoid this store.
Great Service, been coming here for years. Just came in today because my wipers needed replacing. Matthew took care of us and put them on very quickly. Great Job!
Blake and Matt did an amazing job helping us! There was an issue with our warranty account being linked to another customer. Matt took the time to work with Blake to ensure that the issue was resolved. Blake took his time to replace the battery and fix the additional erosion problem on the bolt of the battery. We are extremely grateful for both Blake and Matt for their amazing customer service!
