Bought a battery awhile back and after i left some employee calls me up and accuses me of stealing saying i set off the alarm, claims i ran him over with my car, and all kinds of wild accusations. Later on he calls me up impersonating the police saying "he will see me soon". Ill never buy anything from this company again. Oreillys is way better anyway.
Best experience i have ever had with customer service. The two gentlemen where friendly, informative, very helpful.
One of workers refused to help me select floor Matt’s for car floor. I needed recommendations, he stood behind the register and said they are basically the same. No kindness or courtesy to customer! Won’t go there again!
