Customer service here was excellent. Christopher acknowledged me as I was walking towards the counter and offered to help. He looked up my vehicle and got me the exact parts I needed. He also told me how I could save money by getting their house brand instead of a well known name brand on another product, which I took his advice. I stopped in to auto zone here in New Hartford to get some new wiper blades. He looked em up. Came outside with me to make sure we had the right ones. His partner pulled them while we were outside. And by the time I paid, the other guy had them on my vehicle and threw out all the trash for me. Might be the best retail experience I’ve ever had.
If I could rate zero stars I would. Their computer system has the wrong spec for my vehicle and they are unhelpful and uninterested while attempting to ask for help.
