Special order parts, pay in advance and then get lied to by the counter person when 2/3 of the parts don't come in when they were supposed to. Instead he tells me that the part will be in by 2:00 when the truck had already made the only delivery for the day that morning. So we make a return trip and discover that the parts won't be in until next Tuesday. Will be the last time I ever buy parts or even call the store. If I could give zero stars I would.
