I decided to clean my car battery posts because of all the build up on the terminals. Well, after the clean up, I had difficulty starting my car because I couldn't tighten the cable to the negative terminal enough to start my car. My husband just got back from the Auto Zone on Cedar Rd. He is boasting on how great the customer service was there. He said your employees went above and beyond their job description. They were EXTREMELY helpful, kind and knew their stuff. Thank you all for the great customer service! Nowadays, good customer service is very hard to find! 10 out of 10!! Great job!
