I recently visited this location on my way home from a meeting due to issues with my battery. Although busy and late, Alain was quick to diagnose and replace my battery, and Sam went out of his way to help me with my battery warranty issue. Kind and professional, this is my go-to auto store and I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you, Alain and Sam!
Came in yesterday for a check engine light. Very nice and smiley girl Mariana helped me. She tried to help me the best she can because I’m deaf. I had to write down things a lot then another lady came over, her name tag said Ashley. She started signing for me. I have never been to a parts store where someone knew sign language. It’s hard for me finding help because I’m deaf. Those two made me feel so comfortable and welcome.
He was great! He changed my bulb in my back tailight with a new working bulb. Saved me time & effort! Yeah Auto Zone!
