I called AutoZone and before I could say hello, I was told that they’re gonna handle the customer that’s in front of them and hung up. I thought this was very very disrespectful and it’s not how you handle business. If I find a corporate number I’m gonna call corporate, but this is the AutoZone next to the Ollie’s.
Walked in to purchase a part I had confirmed online that this store had. Employees looked directly at me and walked away. Was not in process of helping other customers. Just walked away and started talking to each other. Left and spent my money at O’Reily’s. Will not return to this store.
The store manager duty (12-3-202). At the Semmes location was very unprofessional and her communication was rude as well.
