Went to Autozone to get my battery tested, Michael helped me out and got me set up with a new battery. He did a great job and provided excellent customer service. Great experience today at AutoZone.
I’ve been a regular customer at this AutoZone for years. The young guy with curly hair and red shirt is always very kind and helpful — thank you. However, today(JUL 12 ) at around 7:55 PM (closing time 8:00 PM), another employee (first time I’ve seen him) aggressively yelled at me and the helpful employee, saying “Closed, get him out!” I only needed 1 minute to grab one item. I needed a new driver's side windshield wiper. Emerson showed me multiple options and then came outside and replaced it for me!! Took all of 5 mins from the time I stepped in the store, til the time I drove away!
Today, my wife and I had a wonderful experience at AutoZone. A young man named Emerson was incredibly professional and courteous. That's exactly what customer service should be like. He's a truly great gentleman.
